Ashraf is a seasoned professional with more than 27 years of success in Consumer Electronics (Sony), Telecommuncations (Vodafone & Telus), Home Appliances (Electrolux) and consultancy (AMIA Inc.) industries across the Middle East and North America. Ashraf has a proven record of identifying strategic opportunities, developing innovative solutions, and executing impactful tactics to drive revenue, reduce churn, and enhance customer satisfaction. Ashraf holds a Bsc. in Business Administration & Information Systems as well as a Masters Degree in International Business Administration for ESLSCA Paris and SHL Assessor.
Alaa Serageldin
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Alaa Serageldin is a Human Resources Expert with over 19 years of experience specializing in corporate restructuring and strategic management. He serves as a Training Consultant for The New Republic Development Foundation, focusing on educational initiatives. Alaa has facilitated over 2,000 hours of training for more than 5,000 attendees. He holds certifications as a Professional Trainer and a Nutrition Coach, and he is an expert in curriculum design, currently designing curriculums for the Global Impact Group.
